(Furqan) 25 : 20

And We didn’t send Messengers before you except that they ate food and walked through the markets; and We have made some of you as a trial for others, then will you keep patience? And your Lord is observing everything.

The disbelieving Fujjar of all time were expecting Messengers other than mankind. So being a reply to that, Lord commands to say through verse 17: 95: “If there were upon the earth Angels living in tranquility, We would have sent down to them from the heaven an Angel as a Messenger”. And it is told in verse 6: 111: “And indeed, if We were sending Angels down into them, and the dead speak to them, and We assemble everything in front of them, they still would not believe except Allah so wishes, but most of them are ignorant”. See explanation 6: 35, 53; 21: 35 and 25: 7-8.
